Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returning Your Order

At My Easy School Supply, we generally do not accept returns. Returns are only accepted if a student withdraws from the school, and the return must be made within 7 days of the withdrawal and within 30 days of the original purchase.

Returns are only accepted for uniforms in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.

If a return is approved:

  • A 6% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase.

To request an exchange:

  • Please return the item to the front desk.
  • Include a clear note indicating what size or color you would like to exchange it for, your child’s name, grade, and teacher’s name.

The exchanged item will be delivered to your student, who will bring it home.

Delivery Timeframe

Most returns and exchanges are completed within one week.
