Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returning Your Order

At My Easy School Supply, we generally do not accept returns. However, exceptions may be made under special circumstances.

If a return is approved:

• A 6% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges.

To request an exchange:

• Please return the item to the front desk.

• Include a clear note indicating what you would like to exchange it for.

The exchanged item will be delivered to your student, who will bring it home.

Delivery Timeframe

• Most exchanges are completed within one week.
